From 33 AD to 1988 God saved all the firstfruits within the churches and congregations of the world. 1988 brought the end of the Church Age but the figurative 144,000 firstfruits were all brought in by that time.

33 AD to 1988 AD = 1955 years. 1955 breaks down to:

5 x 17 x 23

God's atoning work (#5) was accomplished for the firstfruits and heaven (#17) was guaranteed for all 144,000 and judgment (#23) then came upon the churches.

Likewise, we know that from the very day of the cross to the date of May 21, 2011 there was 722,500 days. 722,500 breaks down to:

5 x 5 x 10 x 10 x 17 x 17

Each number is doubled which means it would shortly come to pass. But Christ's atoning work (#5) demonstrated on the cross was completed (#10) and heaven guaranteed (#17) for all of God's elect before the door of heaven shut on May 21, 2011.

The number 17 in both examples above points to the completion of God's salvation (which brought the guarantee of heaven to those saved) and then the judgment.
